Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EDI Course horse riding lesson management system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Account Registration and Management

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us of any changes to your contact information
  • You may request account deletion at any time through the platform

Lesson Booking and Tickets

  • Lessons are booked through our ticket system with specific validity periods
  • Tickets are valid for a limited time and must be used within the specified period
  • You can book lessons based on your assigned skill level (Amber, Orange, Cyan, Green, Blue, Brown, Red, Purple)
  • Lesson assignments are made automatically based on availability and your skill level

Payment and Transactions

  • Payments are processed in cash at the riding school
  • All transactions are recorded in our system for accounting purposes
  • Payment status is tracked (Pending Payment, Paid Cash, Paid Online, Expired)
  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

User Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions during lessons
  • Respect the rights and safety of other riders, horses, and staff
  • Arrive on time for scheduled lessons
  • Wear appropriate safety equipment as required
  • Follow the riding school's rules and regulations

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled according to our policy. Late cancellations may result in ticket forfeiture. We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or instructor availability.

Liability and Safety

Horse riding involves inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions. Ecurie des Iles maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our activities.

Mobile Application

Our mobile application provides access to lesson booking, schedule management, and account information. Use of the mobile app is subject to these same terms of service.
